Finishing a toothbrush with heat transfer decals is done with silicone cliches, see below 2 different hardnesses of exactly the same silicone cliche. Printing on thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) is very difficult, no adhesion, poor quality. There are few solutions that can be applied. Heat transfer decals is one of the options. What is the difference between Heat Transfers and Hot Stamping. Both require heat, pressure, and dwell (time) to apply an image to a product, but where each differs is in the image itself.
